The location is great-right over from the rue Cler. The room wasn't fancy but it was a good budget option in Paris-which we all know is an expensive city.
They have a good contact for an airport shuttle that they don't widely publicize, which is too bad.
The room and bathroom was clean and nice. The location is excellent - very close to Eiffel Tower. There was a good shop close to the hotel with good working times (till 23.45) and one very nice restaurant (the name was "Paris" something).
The room was with a windows but it was not possible to see the sky from it. So basicaly it was window-less room. The breakfast was too light (probably traditional to France). There was a crapy laptop available for customers. Sometimes internet was not working and the stuff did not know the password for login to internet - shame.
The staff were helpful and friendly. Location is terrific. Amenities are basic but exactly what I hoped for. A good value.
It was clean with basic amenities, staff made the attempt to help you.Location good close to main sites.
Room was very small and breakfast was not worth the charge.
They let us cancel one night of our reservation because we were held up in the airline crisis. The people at reception were very friendly.
Easy reach to Eiffel Tower and in the city centre.
Rooms are small
The location was amazing! The area was safe with plenty of stores and great places to eat! The staff were all very friendly and helpful!
I think that the location of the hotel is very good. On foot, it only takes about 10-15 minutes to go to the Eiffel tower and only about 5 minutes to go to the Metro. But for me, I enjoyed much more its location being near several good local shops, restaurants, and cafes, than its nearness to the Eiffel tower.
Over all, the room was clean as others already said on this website. But unfortunately, in the twin room where I stayed, the shower curtain was very dirty and the toilet lid cover was broken. Moreover, when I began to sleep, I had to hear the noise from the upstairs neighbors who were taking a shower. My room was on the first floor. I don't mean these remarks to be any complaints about the hotel. I'm just saying that it's better not to expect too much! This hotel is fairly okay if you want to just stay few days in Paris inexpensively.
Great location, very helpful staff, clean and comfortable. I'll stay there again.
The French lady with dark hair at the reception was very patience and she could speak decent English.
Nothing really, I was quite disappointed when i first stepped into the hotel and I think the pictures shown on the Internet are over-rated. When I entered the room it was OK, but again i was disappointed that the electricity was not working and I had to chang to another room which is smaller which I felt that what I had paid was being short-changed.
The hotel was well positioned in an interesting and central location, close to the metro and other walkable sites.
The double room we had was tiny and in need of some decoration. We had previously stayed in this hotel on the same tariff and were give a good room so we therefore returned. However, the room we had this time was barely large enough to fit a double bed and there were cracked and broken tiles in the bathroom.
nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff
It was rather cold in the nights, the heating didn't manage well with the -1
The smell and size of the room and some of the hotels staffs lack of help and the bad bathroom design.
The location is quiet & near by the food street Rue Clear, receiption lady is nice.
The facilities in single room of this hotel is very poor. The room is too small - the shower room is 60 cm X 60 cm, the toilet is small as well as the bedroom, - it is easy to hit to wall at any place in this hotel, the window is open to the public stair instead of open to street - we can only chose smell other people's shoes & let other people looks inside, Or, close window & smell ourselves... the left is also extreme small, only can contains 2 small size people or 1 big size people, before getting into the left, we have to move our luggages via stares in hotel; internet is available with the only hotel notebook with French keyboard, can not use my own computer as stated in the hotel introduction.
The central location was excellent with lots of restaurants and bars nearby and the local shops. Also very close to Eiffel Tower(Wally) and River Seine(Pont d'Alma). The hotel is located in a quiet street and we never heard any noise outside during the night.
The room was fairly small. We felt that the breakfast was a bit overpriced, at 8 euros, and lacking in choice. The tea on offer was all herbal with no basic, run of the mill, ordinary tea.
